With over three decades of experience in the market research industry, Jerry has spearheaded numerous initiatives focusing on the improvement of survey research data collection and analysis. Having worked on “both sides of the desk” in both client and vendor-side roles, Jerry offers a unique perspective. He has developed a range of skills over the years in business development, client relationship management, sales, pricing, quality assurance, and call center operations.
